Eligibility for returns:
You may return most new, unworn, and unaltered items purchased from KoKo + Palenki within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
The following items are non-returnable:
Items marked as “Final Sale,”
Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Return process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kokopalenki.com, and they will guide you through the process.
Please provide your order number, the item(s) that you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Items received without a Return Authorization number will not be able to be processed.
Return Shipping
Customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed and the refund to be credited to your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when requesting a return authorization.
Exchanges are subject to availability
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you have received a damage or defective items, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
